| Some of
ClubModpics workshops and club events feature photographic figure models. The following
conditions apply when working with a model - whether it be at an organized club event,
workshop or private hire.
Please be
aware that at no time are photographers permitted to touch models. Only the designated
staf member is permitted to physically apply props which contact the skin, such as
make-up, plastic wrap, water, clothes, drapes, jewelry, etc. Only the designated staff
member can physically manipulate a model in to a pose if required. (This is rarely
required as our models are experianced and take verbal direction well).
Photographers,
with the permission of the model, are permitted to hand models props which are not applied
to the skin. Examples include: beach balls, furniture, towels, sporting equipment, etc.
Models, at
any time, can refuse to do any pose whatsoever. Before working with a model, be certain
that they understand what you require of them. Some models will be happy to pose
erotically or unusually as long as they are informed prior to the shoot. Remember that one
persons definition of erotica is different to another's.
If
confusion or misunderstanding occurs, the model is
always right.
ClubModpics
commission different models for different styles of photography. You will be informed by
our staff prior to the shoot as to the styles of poses permitted. There is never any
sexual contact permitted between any members of a ClubModpics photographic session.
We reserve
the right to remove, without refund, disruptive or misconductive persons. |
