Conditions of use of the Studio

The studio is available for hire by hobby, amateur and professional photographers,

as well as by models who wish to upgrade their portfolios.

Studio Hours:

Weekdays: 10.00am to 10.00pm by appointment.

Weekends: 7.00am to 7.00pm by appointment

Closed the first and third Sundays of each month unless by special arrangement

Studio Use: Studio times must be prebooked by way of 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance of the booking fee is payable in full before the commencement of the shoot. ClubModpics Member payments will be for the use of the studio for one calendar month begining from the 1st of that month. ie. if you become a Supporting Member on the 12th of the month, your Membership will expire at the end of the month. A full month's fee will still apply.

Presentation: The studio will be clean and tidy with all equipement in working order. The hirer will return the studio to management in that same condition. Whilst the management will be responsible for any repair to faulty equipement, any damage caused to equipement and/or other studios accessories by careless or willful action will be the responsibility of the hirer. The studio will not be held responsible for any equipement or accessories belongng to the photographer that has been left behind after a shoot.

Photographer's ability: The studio will not be held responsible for poor quality images being produced because of the photographers inability to correctly use the equipement supplied. Studio staff will be on hand for all shoots and will gladly assist the photographer to understand the use of the equipement.

Identification: All users of the studio for private use will need to show some form of photo identity - Driver's License or Passport etc. This information will be retained on our data base so further production of these documents will be not necessary.

Other: Food and drink will not be allowed on the studio side of the building. You are welcome to bring along refreshments if you would like (refridgerator space available) and areas are available to entertain clients. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the building. The use of pyrothecnic affects or any other use of naked flames is not permitted.
